Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years or older. Most of our events are for 23+. If you attend our events and you're younger than 23, then you must be over 18 years old. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ID in the form of passport or driver's license and reserve the right to deny entry to our events. No refund will be given.
By attending, you confirm you are participating voluntarily and are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to act respectfully, kindly, and responsibly.
Harassment, discrimination or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Yinyang Events Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event or makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable. No refund will be given if you are removed from the event because of inappropriate behaviour.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own health and safety during the event.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs in advance.
If an activity involves physical movement (e.g., walks, games), please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Liability Waiver

By attending, you accept that you do so at your own risk.
Yinyang Events Ltd is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the event unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations & Changes

Yinyang Events Ltd reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify event details (such as date, time, location, activity etc) due to unforeseen circumstances. If we (Yinyang Events Ltd) made changes to the event such as the ones stated above, then we will provide a refund to customers who no longer wishes to participate in the revised event.
We will notify registered participants of changes via email or the contact information provided.
Refunds - We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. The only exception is if we (Yinyang Events Ltd) have cancelled or modified the event.

Photos & Media

We may take photos and videos during events for promotional use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. By purchasing a ticket. You agree to allow Yinyang Events Ltd to take photos or videos for these purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let us (Yinyang Events Ltd) know at the start of the event.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for event communication and administration.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Alcohol & Venue Rules (if applicable)

For events held in licensed venues, all participants must comply with venue rules and age restrictions.
We encourage responsible behavior if alcohol is served or available.

Some events may involve third-party services (e.g., cafés, restaurants, tour guides). We are not responsible for the conduct or quality of services provided by third parties.
